While growing up in New Orleans, owners JJ and Connie Boudreaux enjoyed this iconic sweet treat of delicate, snow-like flakes flavored with syrup.   Known as "Sno-Balls" (and distinctly different than "Shaved Ice" or "Snow Cones"), kids and adults alike have been enjoying them on the streets of New Orleans for more than half a century.

After years of traveling back to the Big Easy for family visits, the couple's two sons, JJ Jr. & Jason, inspired the idea of bringing this family tradition back to Louisville. Boudreaux's New Orleans Style Sno-balls is now a local, family run business in the 'Ville, and your family can now enjoy a taste of New Orleans right here at home.
